The terms that apply to quotes and jobs carried out by NIZO Transmove.
The general terms and conditions of NIZO Transmove are written in Dutch. The Dutch version is the only legally binding version.
They cover, among other things: how a quote and job are agreed, prices, your responsibilities (such as parking and packing), cancelling and changing a job, the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers, clearances, damage and liability, payment and complaints.
